| Someone get me my mac paddle! Yep like i've said I can't stand seeing all these betas and how people have gotten jaded and if it isn't the type of AMV they are use to seeing, namely if it isn't a beta like one with flashing lights and crazy effects, to them it is terrible. All of them seem the same just FLASH, MASK TO HELP TRANSITION, PAN-ZOOM TO FACE, GO THROUGH EYE, BAD TV SCREEN EFFECT, TWITCH (fucking hate over used twitch effect), THE END. It would be 30 secs long and they will do this same combination with different animes or maybe even the same anime just different fights and people who don't edit or edit in the same style will love it even though it is the same thing over and over and has no originality. And I still hate seeing those editors that only have betas, i've gotten to a point that if I come across a channel like that I won't even watch the videos i'll just leave and pretend like I was never on the page. And that's my rant for today. Doesn't have to be only action or emotional some of those fun ones like safety dance and rah hey are really creative and well done too. Also this is still entertaining to listen to, i'm always laughing the whole time I listen to one of these. | |

| A few comments (part 1 of 2)
a) Pinnacle Studio: I remember this program. A friend of mine (sleepwalk on this forum) actually paid for it and never used it because he preferred Vegas.
b) iMovie: Used this piece of shit program in school. Better than WMM, but the program's layout is fucking terrible.
c) Particle Illusion: I FORGOT ABOUT THAT PROGRAM. I remember using the shitty stock effects on it. lol
d) Action editing becoming monotonous: I totally agree with you. Although I catch myself doing emotionless action videos from time to time, I try to stray away from doing it.
e) Why would I have a snack in the bathroom? Because it's my paradise.
f) People putting thought into their editing: Something I miss in a lot of modern videos.

g) OUCH, I CUT MY FUCKING HAND PLAYING WITH A SWITCHBLADE. SHARP OBJECT IS SHARP.
h) Constructive criticism: I try to give this to a few of my friends and they want to cut my throat.
i) I want to hear your blues song.
j) "People don't have much passion" Oh how I agree. When a video is created with passion, it always turns out much better in my opinion.
k) YouTube community getting huge: It's so strange how all of a sudden, you don't really know anybody anymore. In 2006 - 2008 it seemed like all of the good editors knew each other.
l) Ohio - land without accents. It seems like north-central PA has an absence of accents as well.
m) Not commenting on YouTube. Come at me bro.

| You guys should try creating a thread on the Org forums about your podcast. I'm sure you'd get more viewers and maybe some editors would like to be guests on a podcast. | |

I agree. Actually, I wouldn't mind being a guest at some point, although I'd feel kinda awkward since I don't edit as much as I used to.
